Contractors are to apply for and purchase building permits, submit plans, and scheduled inspections through the Oregon ePermitting program for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Structural permits. The City of Astoria conducts Building Inspections Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Electrical permits and electrical inspections are handled through the Clatsop County Building Codes.
