 The City of Astoria conducts Building Inspections Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

Contractors must apply for and purchase building permits, submit plans, and scheduled inspections through the Oregon ePermitting program: BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov

Electrical permits inspections are handled through the Clatsop County Building Codes.
