2023 Citizen Police Academy

The Citizen Policy Academy is a nine week educational series held at law enforcement agencies throughout Clatsop County. The Academy is designed to acquaint citizens with the activities of local law enforcement; including department organization and activities, overview of the legal system, patrol operations, use of force, patrol procedures, crime scenes, evidence, firearms safety and orientation, investigations, traffic enforcement, a jail tour, and other current topics that may be of interest.
