The City of Astoria is seeking qualified individuals or non-profit organizations to apply for the attached Request For Proposals (RFP) for the City of Astoria Arts Program Development.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the City Manager's Office no later than 5:00 PM on December 9, 2024. Proposals may be submitted electronically via email to rquigley@astoria.gov or a hard copy titled “City of Astoria Arts Program" may be submitted to: City Manager's Office, 1095 Duane St, Astoria OR 97103.
