Having returned to Astoria, I decided this is where I would settle. I retired in 2016 after being a building contractor. I am an occasional programmer (jazz) at KMUN, I've enjoyed performing at the Coaster Theater and Astor Street Opera Co. I'm the Vice-Commodore at the Astoria Yacht Club, sailing year round, on the river and off shore. My previous governmental experience has been 2 terms on the John Day Water District board, Elections Board and Board of Property Tax Appeals in Clatsop County.
I've been married to my wife Liz going on 7 years. We enjoy travel, sailing and scuba diving together as well as being active in the community. We both love living, working and playing in Astoria.
