REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Astoria, located at 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, OR 97103, is requesting proposals for implementation and ongoing use of a Municipal Financial Software System no later than the date and time listed above.
The purpose of this notice is to invite vendors to submit their proposals to provide Accounting Software including Budgeting, Payroll, Utility Billing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipting, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and other activities typical of a municipality.
